All God's Children is ready to be your spiritual home
Finding a spiritual community that's right for you is a journey. We encourage you to visit our church and experience for yourself the loving, diverse, and compassionate Christian community we've formed. Introduce yourself to our pastors. Receive a special blessing from a Prayer Partner. Or grab a cookie and coffee after service in our fellowship hall and meet some congregants. We think you'll find a GLBT worship community like no other.
The Benefits of Membership
Once you've become familiar with All God' Children, we hope you will consider becoming a member of the church. By joining All God's Children you'll gain a sense of community and belonging.
When you join, our church makes a formal covenant with you to support your spiritual journey. And, as a member of All God's Children, you'll influence the direction of the church by having voting rights at Congregational Meetings and the opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors.
Formalizing your membership at All God's Children also benefits the church. The commitment of support from our members forms the bedrock of our faith community and outreach ministries.
How to Join
Membership at AGCMCC is more than having your name on our rolls. To help you learn and discern, we offer a two part membership class. The first session covers basic information about the local church and our denomination, and asks you to do some homework and reflection before attending the covenant class (part two). The covenant session will deepen your understanding and help clarify your decision. You’ll also begin making friendships with others in your class. TCovenant classes convene at noon and include a light lunch. Those people making a decision to join will be confirmed on the Sunday following their covenant class. We hope you’ll consider joining our wonderful faith family.
