All God's Children Metropolitan Community Church is proud to offer the worshipping Christian community In This Moment, our first resource CD by our Praise Team, FGS (For God's Sake)

In addition to the standard audio tracks you can play in any CD player, this enhanced CD included the full vocal and band arrangements and PowerPoint slides to selected songs (a $125 value FREE), a video and is packaged in an environmentally friendly digi-pack.

We are basing this whole value-added concept on the scripture, "Send out your bread upon the waters, for after many days, you will get it back." (Ecc. 11:1). and Proverbs says, "Some give freely, yet grow all the richer; others withhold what is due, and only suffer want. A generous person will be enriched, and one who gives water will get water." (Proverbs 11:24-25) We give things away, things come back to us.

Making of the CD

We began recoding our CD on April 26, 2003 and completed the mixing process on November 11, 2003. The CD was recorded and mixed at A-440 Studios in the historic Grain Belt Brewery complex in N.E. Minneapolis.

 

 

What is FGS?

FGS (For God's Sake) is the praise and worship band at All God's Children Metropolitan Community Church.  Taken from 1st Peter 2:13-15, "For God's Sake accept the authority of every human institution whether of the emperor as supreme or of governors, and sent by him  to punish those who do wrong and to  praise those who do right. For it is by God's will that by doing right you should silence the ignorance of the foolish."

We are a primarily volunteer group specializing in high-energy contemporary Christian music. We lead worship every Wednesday night at 7:11 PM for the SPIRIT! Praise & Worship service.
